All content on Russell Shaw Music and The Club is original material and copyright protected. It cannot be distributed or copied without permission. 

Each subscription is to be used by the paying member only unless a multi-user license has been arranged by Russell Shaw Music.
Our system is designed to track IP address usage and will accommodate login from one location at a time. It will automatically log you out if simultaneous login is detected.

The Club reserves the right to cancel your subscription for password sharing, copying or distributing any of its content. If you violate this agreement your subscription will be cancelled and you will not be entitled to any refunds.

You can cancel your membership at any time from your account page and the subscription will continue for the rest of that month until it expires. No refunds are given for late cancellations.
